Dear readers, As I checked in this morning, I was surprised to see ads placed on my blog by Google. I did not give them permission to do that. I have gone to my settings and checked 'remove ads' but that doesn't help.
I apologize for the ads and I'm doing my best to remove them. If any of you have any information about this, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I don't see any ads on my end so must be it worked. It probably was a delayed "reaction" to your action.
Thanks Cathy. They still are showing up on my view and I find it very irritating. I don't want my blog to benefit Google. They do provide the blog space but there are other options.
I figured out what is happening with the ads. I pasted a story from the Sault Star into the blog and the ad was included on that. So I don't have to be mad at Google anymore.

Anonymous, I find ads on blogs annoying too. But then I find ads annoying on most everything!
